Introducing our Rotmell Pigs, we take pride in producing high-quality, outdoor-reared, free-range pork which is both ethically raised and environmentally responsible. Our pigs play a vital role in our regenerative farming system helping to improve soil health, enhance biodiversity, and naturally fertilise the land.
Raised in the glorious hillside of Rotmell farm, they enjoy a natural diet and the freedom to express their rooting instincts. This results in pork that is rich in flavour and superior in quality. Experience the difference of truly regenerative, free-range pork.
What is included in your Pork purchase:
We sell our pigs fully butchered and in half and quarter pig quantities, your order typically includes:
1/2 Pig - £360 includes:
8 x portions of chops
2 x portions of ribs
2 x portions of steaks
2 x portions of flank
2 x portions of fillet
2 x portions of diced pork
4 x rolled shoulder joins of various sizes
4 x rolled leg joints of various sizes
8 x packets of sausages (6 in pack)
2 x trotters
1 x kidney, some cheek and some skin for crackling.
1/4 Pig: £180 includes:
4 x portions of chops
1 x portions of ribs
1 x portions of steaks
1 x portions of flank
1 x portions of fillet
1 x portions of diced pork
2 x rolled shoulder joins of various sizes
2 x rolled leg joints of various sizes
4 x packets of sausages (6 in pack)
The above list may vary in quantity and weight. We retail at £360 per half pig and £180 per quarter pig, they will come fully butchered, packaged and frozen. Please contact us to order your pig asap and we can let you know the expected date.
